Ingredients
1lavender poached peach
fresh mint leaves
poaching syrup from peaches abovereduced
champagne or sparkling wine
lavender and mint to garnish
Instructions
Muddle the peach and mint at the bottom of each glass. Top with poaching syrup (adjust for preferred sweetness) and top with champagne. Garnish with lavender and mint sprigs. Enjoy!
